Are your extensions made from 100% human hair?
Yes.
Every GLAMOUT BEAUTY extension is made from 100% raw human hair. We never blend synthetic fibers into our extensions.
Can I curl or straighten my extensions?
Absolutely.
Our extensions can be curled, straightened, and styled just like your natural hair.
To preserve their quality, always use a sulfate-free, paraben-free heat protectant and keep styling tools below 200°C (390°F).
Can I colour my extensions?
Yes.
Our extensions can be professionally darkened if desired.
However, bleaching is not recommended, as it may affect the integrity and longevity of the hair.
How long do GLAMOUT BEAUTY extensions last?
With proper care, our luxury clip-in extensions can last for years. Their lifespan depends on how often they are worn, washed, heat styled, and how carefully they are maintained. With occasional wear and proper care, they can last significantly longer.
How often should I wash my extensions?
Clip-in extensions do not absorb the natural oils from your scalp, so they require far less washing than natural hair.
We generally recommend washing them approximately every 15 to 20 wears, or whenever product build-up becomes noticeable.

How do I choose the right shade?
If you're unsure which shade is right for you, we're here to help.
Simply send us a clear photo or video of your hair in natural daylight, and we'll gladly recommend the closest match.

Why do your extension sets contain more hair?
At GLAMOUT BEAUTY, we intentionally offer fuller extension sets than many traditional brands.
Our goal is to create the most seamless and luxurious result possible.
Many clients naturally don't need to wear every weft, allowing them to customize their look while extending the life of their investment.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes.
If you're located near Granby or Bromont, we offer complimentary colour consultations to help you find your perfect shade before ordering.
We also offer installation guidance for local clients purchasing their extensions through GLAMOUT BEAUTY.
Can I return my extensions?
For hygiene reasons, exchanges or store credit are available only if the protective seal remains completely intact.
Once the seal has been opened, the extensions are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Custom orders are final sale.
