Refund Policy


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

At House of Glam, each piece is carefully selected and handled with intention.

To preserve the quality and exclusivity of our collections, we follow a refined exchange-only policy.


Exchanges & Store Credit

 

Exchange or store credit requests are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided that:


  • the item has not been worn or washed
  • the piece remains in its original condition
  • the House of Glam signature security tag is intact and unaltered

 

Each garment is delivered with a signature, non-removable security tag.

Once this tag has been removed or altered, the item is considered worn and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

 

Refunds

Refunds are not offered.

Approved returns are issued as an exchange or store credit of equal value, allowing you to select another piece from our collection.

 

Quality Concerns

 

If you notice an issue with the condition or finish of your piece upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Each request is reviewed individually with care.

 

Shipping

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
